Brand new 883cc-1200cc conversion kit for Harley-Davidson Sportsters from 1986-2006. This kit comes with brand new 1200cc cylinders. These are not bored 883cc cylinders, rather they are brand new 1200cc cylinders honed and cross hatched to match the accompanied Wiseco Reverse Dome pistons. Also included with this kit are head gaskets, base gaskets, new dowel alignment pins, and dowel alignment pin o-rings. Wiseco pistons are brand new and include pistons, rings, pins, & clips. This is an entire kit ready to bolt-on using your stock 883cc cylinders heads.
Please note that this kit will bolt-on to 2004-2006 Harley-Davidson Sportsters, the only difference is the outside diameter of the cylinder fins. We have used these on '04-'06's and the difference isn't noticeable to the untrained eye.

NRCC recommends adding a Mikuni 42mm carburetor and high flow air cleaner setup for more Hp.
A stock 883 Sportster produces about 45 Hp and 43 ft/lbs of torque.
NRCC took a stock 2002 883 Sportster, bolted on our conversion kit and produced 66.5 Hp and 68 ft/lbs of torque. You pay $35 per Hp point! Hypothetically, saying the new price for a 2002 883 Sportster was $6,000 (we all know it was more), the consumer was paying $133 per Hp point for 45 Hp.
With our conversion kit, you may question the price, but you as the consumer are actually paying less for Hp.
